Certified organic, certified 100% grass-fed lambs, dry aged. Custom cut to your specification, wholes and halves. Lamb is processed at a USDA butcher. Lamb is frozen and vacuum packed. Pick up at the farm at a date to be determined, in November or December. Price: $10/lb hanging weight. Whole lambs are generally between 30 and 40 lbs hanging weight.
