These sheep cheeses are all made with raw ewes milk produced by our own 100% grass fed flock of sheep. All of our cheeses sell for $19/pound.

A creamy, roquefort-style blue cheese with a light blue vein.
Aged 4-12 months

A firm, nutty washed curd sheep cheese with a natural rind.
Aged 12-15 months

A rustic, Alpine-style sharp cheese with a natural rind.
Aged 4-12 months

An Italian-style hard cheese with a natural rind.
Aged 12-24 months

A soft sheep cheese in the Portuguese or Spanish style, coagulated with home-grown cardoon flowers.
